Public Service Fellowship (PSF) Program
Launched by the School of Governance and Public Administration (SGPA) in 2023, the Public Service Fellowship (PSF) program is intended for professionals involved in the public service sector and governance institutions aligned with the mission and vision of SGPA.

During a one-year placement, selected fellows develop specific work plans and submit quarterly reports, documenting their progress but also challenges in their day-to-day service work. In turn, SGPA supports these fellows with a monthly stipend and regular mentoring by the members of its leadership and faculty.

This way, the program aims to encourage these fellows’ professional development and continuous learning, thereby strengthening their capacity to serve their people, communities and territories in the future federal democratic union of Burma.

Eligible criteria:
1. Alumni of SGPA’s Diploma in Public Administration program (all batches)
and/or
currently serving in a governance institution (e.g., ethnic governance departments, local self-administration bodies, branches of the democratic government, consultative councils); and

2. With a desire to develop themselves and their institution by “serving and learning”.
